Quote of the day: "102.1 Harmison to Ponting, no run, wide and Ponting has to stretch to reach it. "Harmison couldn't hit an elephant from 20 paces?" was Jeff Thomson's assessment earlier. Guess it depends on the size of the elephant." - baggygreen.com

Global Warming takes another toll - Insomniac Bears!

[Editorial - I love it when the news is so bizarre I don't need to do anything to it, so enjoy]

Moscow: Insomniac bears are running havoc in the forests of southwestern Siberia, scaring locals and damaging property.

Regional Environment experts have blame the culprit on global warming, "Due to weather conditions, bears didn't go into the winter sleep in time."
Even Humphrey has been feeling frisky this season

The teddy bear picnic has environmentalists on patrol. To survive hybernation a bear has to put on an extra 180kg of fat, so during the preceeding months they enjoy an openhouse smorgesboard.

"At the moment there is enough fodder, so they are not weaking any havoc... We have observers who ensure there are no attacks on hunters."

The hunters have thanked the observers for their tireless efforts in protecting them.

The Russian media have reported that in the Kemerovo region, normally covered by snow, there are fresh buds on trees and some flowers have blossomed for the second time this year!

Kim Beasly hopes this Renaissance of second chances and upset of natural order will help him finally get up in the opinion polls. The Russian environmentalist have provided an additional observer to protect hunters from Kim until he finally goes to sleep.

Stuart,

Sorry you don't get it, the blog is about maintaining brain health and in particular introducing computer illiterate seniors to computers. The computer art is the medium not just the art form, it is produced by using MS Paint, available on all computer software for everyone. I'm also encouraging learning computer art, simply, to help the brain, also the puzzler is meant to gradually "stretch your brain, the more you look and the more often you look the more you search your brain and its perception.

I'm giving basic information about brain activity, nutrition, neural connections and will gradually work through all the body systems and will give introductory information about computer theory and applications and encourage improved communications in the family.

I do hope you'll leave your comments, don't be afraid of saying anything you perceive, it is all relevant and when you don't get it just leaving a comment about what you find puzzling etc is all helpful, for me, for you, for everyone.

Thanks for the info

katyzzz
